Our benefit package includes compensation and recognition programs designed to reward performance, as well as a wide array of benefits and services for you and your family. The benefit programs outlined below are available to all regular, full-time employees of PCI.

Medical, Dental and Vision

PCI offers a medical plan with a funded health savings account for qualifying employees and their eligible dependents. You’ll have coverage for preventive care to help you stay your healthiest, a wide range of physicians, hospitals and health care providers to choose from and coverage for serious and life-threatening situations anywhere. The vision plan provides for annual exams for routine vision needs. The dental plan provides comprehensive dental coverage, with an option to use Preferred Providers for additional savings. Covered services include routine examinations, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions, bridges, and crowns.

Life

Life insurance offers employees and excellent way to protect their family’s financial security. Employees are automatically covered by PCI's company-paid insurance life insurance equal to one time base salary to a maximum of $100,000

Disability

To help protect employees' income during times when they are disabled from work, PCI provides short-term and long-term disability insurance.  This insurance is designed to provide income to employees if they are unable to work due to illness, injury, or pregnancy.

401K

Upon completion of six months of full-time employment, you are immediately eligible to participate in PCI's 401(k) Plan.  Each calendar year, you may contribute up to the annual allowable maximum to the plan (determined by IRS regulations). All contributions are pre-tax, which gives you the opportunity to reduce your taxable income while saving for retirement. The plan offers a variety of investment options and the convenience of changing elections at any time through on-line or telephone interactive services.

Paid Time Off

PCI offers a competitive vacation package as well as company paid holidays. New employees are eligible for vacation time off in the year they are hired after completing thrity (30) days of employment. PCI also provides other time away from work for a variety of situations we face in our busy lives including:  sick/personal days, jury duty, bereavement, medical/maternity leave and military leave.
