A Great Place To Work
We are committed to innovation and to being a great place to work. Developing creative engineering solutions, both as individuals and in a team, makes work interesting and challenging, and fulfilling. When we do this best, we can do amazing things, and we love doing them. We’re looking for people who want this energizing environment of challenge and opportunity, people who can build the technologies of the future. We expect much of each other, and we support each other and our project objectives as we seek team success.
Typically, each employee is on multiple small project teams doing a variety of tasks exposing them to all aspects of new technology and product development. We want people who love challenge and the fun of success, and who have the fundamental skill and grit to create new technology.
We also recognize each of us as actual individuals, as friends and respected colleagues, and as people with full lives who also have interests, friends and family that extend beyond the company at which we work. Our policies are respectful of the individual and are family-friendly.
