Microturbine Catalytic Combustor
PCI is adapting its catalytic combustor technology to fit the needs of microturbine OEM's who seek NOx emissions below the 9-50 ppm typically produced by today's microturbines. Our catalytic combustor utilizes patented and proprietary methods and hardware to provide consistent NOx emissions below 3 ppm for natural gas and with wide fuel variability (to include low BTU biogases and gases with high reactivity). Unlike dry low NOx combustors with aftertreatment systems, our catalytic modules are optimized for each engine model to be compact and to reliably provide low single digit NOx emissions at low cost.
